Open Mic Karaoke

Join fellow singers on Wednesday, November 15th and 29th at 12:30 p.m. in the Friends Room at Open Mic Karaoke! Singers will be first-come, first-served.
Mindful Coloring

Take a break from the stresses of the day and join us for a relaxing afternoon of coloring and socializing. Coloring pages and colored pencils will be provided, or you can bring your own coloring books and supplies to use.
Understanding Alzheimer's and Dementia

Learn about the detection, causes, risk factors, stages, and treatment of Alzheimer's Disease with Alzheimer's Association- California Southland Chapter. For more information, call Adult Reference. This program will be conducted in English.

Get Fit While You Sit
Join staff as we practice poses to learn how to maintain flexibility, improve posture and boost memory, concentration and focus with simple brain exercises. Staff will conduct these sessions in English. To register, call Adult Services.
