On September 11, at 8:30 am, the City of Monterey Park hosts a Patriot Day ceremony in front of City Hall in remembrance of all the lives lost and affected by the tragic events that occurred on September 11, 2001. Each year members of the Monterey Park Police and Fire Departments share stories remembering who lost their lives on that day as we are reminded to "Never Forget Their Stories."
