Consolidated Plan/Assessment of Fair Housing 2020-2024
Every five years, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the creation of a Consolidated Plan to assist the City in determining community needs and further provide a community-wide dialogue regarding affordable housing and community development priorities. On an annual basis, the City creates an Action Plan to report funding determinations that will further the goals outlined in the Consolidated Plan and a Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) to report the City’s performance.
The Consolidated Plan Fiscal Year 2020 to 2024 will assist the City in identifying the community’s needs. The planning process to create the Consolidated Plan and Assessment of Fair Housing serve as the framework for a community-wide dialogue to address housing, economic, and community development priorities.
